Dear Parents,
We would at least
like to let you know here that we immensely admire you and are rooting for
you. We don't always remember to give you our recognition and to tell you or
otherwise share our admiration with you. We would like to make amends here.
We are keeping our fingers crossed for you, we hope that your strength will
not abandon you, and if it should, then only for a little while. And in your
moments of hopelessness, we wish you always at least a smidgen of joy. We
are with you.
Dear Martina,
You know that I admire you and often think of you and Kuba. I am in awe of
you. I take my hat off to you. I cannot understand where you gather such
great strength to manage it all. You are so beautiful and fragile. I would
like to at least embrace you with these words of mine. And I thank you very
much for the beautiful poem and the photos which you have allowed us to put
here.

Self-confidence has nothing
to do with perfection and perfection does not guarantee happiness.
And happiness is more than
a cloud with a silver lining…
And unconditional love
requires self-confidence
And that is happiness.
And if you have no-one who
loves you like that, then believe
that God loves you like that.
And how do you love (yourself)? |

Dear Friends, We are very happy to be
able to share these pictures with you (see below).
1 March – besides being a beautiful date, on this day an
invaluable and time-saving assistant moved in to help us
care for Jakub – the ceiling-mounted Roomer rail system.
In addition to being a pretty good-looking guy who is
almost invisible in our flat, he has the strength of a
thousand cloned supermoms. And, seriously, that is
really great.
We are thus spared much rough physical labour and ARE
HAPPY. VERY MUCH SO!
Thank you all for your friendship, support and help!
Martina, Jakub, ťapina and lola
